(This is the english translation from the original entry posted in spanish on the 1st of January of 2010)
Andrea(left)and María(right)during summer 2010 in London attending courses in St. Martins.
Maria this is my Christmas gift. From me to you. From Peouhjo to Tah, from white to black, from Yemel to Cabesa, from so many things …but above all, from a friend to another friend.
After the message I wrote you at 5am the other day, I have decided that sending each other love declarations every 6 months is not good enough, and this blog, perhaps could end what I don´t want it to become a chronic lack of communication between you and me.
(Yes, María is my soul mate or my mate from evil, but since a year and a half ago(2 and a half years ago now) we started college, she got a boyfriend and I went to London to study, we don´t talk that often and we see each other even less. I know that every time we meet again everything is as before and we laugh as ever, but as I said in the message, I miss being amazed day by day with your wise wit and your grace of junkie).
With this blog not only I would enjoy you more often, I also intend to see if in this 2010 we apply ourselves the popular saying "New Year, New Life," that " this year we put on our batteries!" or that of "of course, we are clearly Socrates and Menon only we touch our balls" ...Modesty aside you know what I mean.
Here we could hang our art work and contrast ideas. Could support and encourage each other to work and do what (we think) we can do. It is clear that our styles are totally different but the more communication, the more enriching. And we could organize ourselves to do things together. People can comment which is always good to hear other opinions ... And it also serves to let ourselves being known, that you get discovered by Elite and we are finally commissioned the Septine Chapel. And above all, to clown around... that is what we do best!
Happy 2010 and best wishes to this blog to go well:)!
